Buy-Back Program

Do you have any Ivia pieces that you just don't wear enough? We now have an option for you! To encourage extending the life of clothing, I've implemented a way for you to return approved Ivia pieces in exchange for a refund or a store credit.

How to apply:
Send an email to info@iviaretro.com or send a DM to our instagram @iviaretro with:

1. Your first & last name.
2. The order number of your original purchase.
3. Photos of the pieces you want to return.
4. Any notes of damages or wear that wasn't there when purchased.

Upon approval, the amount rewarded back to you will be based on how much you originally paid for the item, not including shipping. 
For a full refund you will receive 40%, 
For a store credit you will receive 60%

After everything is finalized, I will send you a return shipping label to print out. Upon arrival and inspection, I will send the funds over.

**not all items are subject to approval--it will be determined based off of the condition of the item and whether or not it is still in style for me to resell. 

**items that are not in sellable condition without prior acknowledgement will be sent back.
