Buy-Back Program

Do you have any Ivia pieces that you just don't wear enough? We now have an option for you! To encourage extending the life of clothing, we've implemented a way for you to send back approved Ivia pieces in exchange for cash or store credit.

How to apply:
Send an email to info@iviaretro.com or send a DM to our instagram @iviaretro with:

1. Your first & last name.
2. The order number of your original purchase.
3. Photos of the pieces you want to send.
4. Any notes of damages or wear that wasn't there when purchased.

Upon approval, the amount rewarded back to you will be based on how much you originally paid for the item, not including shipping. 
For cash you will receive 40% of the original amount paid, 
For store credit you will receive 60% of the original amount paid.

After everything is finalized, we will send a shipping label for you to attach to a box or mailer. Upon arrival and inspection, we will send the funds over.

**not all pieces are subject to approval: it will be determined based off the current condition and relevance of each item.
**items with noticeable flaws not mentioned prior will be sent back.
