Our team ships once a week, every Tuesday.
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
--We are not responsible for lost packages. If the order is sent back to us, you will be responsible for covering the second delivery charges and you will not be eligible for a refund.
--It is highly recommended to add SavedBy Package Protection to your order: it will cover reshipment charges and/or refunds!
International Orders:
We offer the option of USPS, DHL, and UPS services for international orders.
**Disclaimer:**
-Selecting USPS First Class Package International may result in delays or returns. It is highly recommended to pay extra for UPS or DHL services.
-We are not responsible for customs charges/fees or lost packages. Your package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
-It is highly recommended to add SavedBy Package Protection to your order: it will cover refunds in the case of a lost/unclaimed package.
